Chia seed can be eaten as they are found, as small black seeds. They can also be added to water or any liquid. The seeds can expand to 10-12 times their original size. Additionally you can make chia powder from the seeds.
How are chia seeds healthy for babies?
Chia seeds for constipation– chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber and can help babies have regular bowel movements.
