Hot coffee with chia seeds

If you like hot coffee

Add chia seeds to coffee.

Also, can soak 1 tbsp of chia seeds in liquid before adding to coffee.

Can be milk, Almond milk, coconut milk, water.

Many people do not like the consistency of chia seeds, one way around this is chia powder (chia powder) Chia powder provides the same benefits as chia seeds but without the gel like consistency.

Recipe for chia seed coffee smoothie

Soak chia seeds in unsweetened almond milk. Coconut milk, unsweetened soy, vanilla soy milk or chocolate soy milk or water for about 20 minutes.

Brew or use iced coffee.

Add soaked chia seeds to blender.

Add 1 cup of ice.

Add more “soaking liquid” if desired.

Blend ingredients until desired consistency.
