What To Expect

There are a few ways to make an appointment. Schedule your appointment online  or call to make an appointment. Once an appointment is decided, I will email your some important forms which include HIPPA form, and an insurance billing form, also a nutrition intake form which gives me a little more personal information and your nutrition and health history. Your doctor may also fax some paperwork such as blood work or nutrition related diagnosis.

At the initial appointment.

Each patient I see is different. We are all different because we all have different desires, goals and history. We will explore these things at your first appointment. Usually the initial appointment lasts an hour.

Follow up appointments

The follow appointments scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time. They usually last from 30 minutes to 1 hour. At this appointment we review the previous session, reviewed what worked, what didn’t and set goals going forward.
